The service was excellent with a lot of little special touches like: complimentary warm milk and honey! A small welcome bottle of wine, fresh water every day, well-stocked minibar, and lovely selection of coffees for the Tassimo machine. The towels were nice and bathrobes are available.

This is a fine, historic hotel with a famous restaurant (closed during our stay). The lobby facilities are limited, but pleasant and I like the fact that there was free beer, wine, coffee and tea in the evening. Also a welcome bottle of local wine.

Easy access to the Straßenbahn, nice breakfast included. Best part were Jasmine and Sophie at the front desk. Treated us like royalty and took care of our every need and then some. Best staff we’ve ever encountered!

The location was terrific blocks away from downtown area, restaurants and entertainment. The staff was very helpful and when we needed to extend our stay the onsite staff was gracious to assist vs the International support that offer zero assistance. Thank you to the local staff!

Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness and facility maintenance. Very comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised by quality of the breakfast buffet. Will return.

I love a great lobby lounge area in a hotel and this is one is certainly nice, a bit unusual in design and certainly comfortable. The rooms are spacious and also comfortable, good size bathroom with separate bath and shower and the toilet has a half wall dividing it from the rest of the bathroom which is nice. There was even a walk in wardrobe with it's own light. The couch was a good size as was the desk. I even received a small bottle of local wine as a welcome gift, not just a bottle of water - which was a thoughtful touch. Some items are slightly dated, but most is newer and everything feels hygenically clean which is important during times of covid. A really lovely experience.

My room was in annex - new, spacious and comfortable. Location is good, breakfast - wide choice and tasty.
